The treatments I choose to offer are both extremely gentle and non evasive, providing you with the time and space to really get support in those things that maybe holding you back or making you feel heavy. We work at your own pace, have support outside sessions if needed and work together in re creating your journey.

My Story
I have always suffered with Anxiety myself, mainly through hormones growing up and have got worse since now im older.
Through this and past traumas, I have spent many years in survival mode, I cared for my very poorly father for 5 years and the strain of having his life solely on my shoulders alog with watching him slowly change and ufortunatly suffer, I forgot about myself and just tried to get through the next day to be a strong daughter again.
In this time I started in my journey of self development and through this knew I had to study the skills to be able to help so many people suffering in silence.
Whilst going day to day caring for my father, in between all those lost days and states of depression I studied hard and knew this was my passion.
My dad passed May last year 2023 and although I was not prepared for this I knew In the years before I had slowly grieved. Now my purpose was gone, what would I do without him.... and slowly through the pain, tears and feeling sorry for myself I took everything I had learnt through my self practices and my study and started helping people. It has truly giving me peace back within and through my hard time, divorce, greiving, hormones etc I can truly relate to most people and if I cant every client has my full compassion in there struggles.
Shine Bright was actaully created many years ago, my dear aunt was diagnosed with leukemia and we had the song 'baby you are a firework' and from that Shine Bright was named in her honour and now I have the time and energy my dear dad. I want to be that kind listening ear for people and that smile of hope because even strangers in them dark times got me through in those small and magical ways.
